Full payment must be paid and cleared before the commission is started.

Client understands that there is no physical item associated with this transaction.

NFTs/AI work are not allowed.

Aside from Rush Orders, the commissioner cannot set a deadline.

No refunds, except for when I know I cannot finish your commission due to reasons.

WIPs (work in progress) are available upon request.

Major changes (emote type/character) cannot be made anymore after the sketch approval.

Your emote ideas do not guarantee an approval on any platforms. If your emote is reported or denied, I will not revise your emote for free.

I have the right to use commission pieces for promotion purposes unless you would not like your commission to be posted.

Save the files once you receive it, I am not responsible in the future if I delete them in my files.

Please do not edit, trace, modify or alter the piece in any way without permission.

Do not resell to third parties.

For company/talent agency work, disregard opening status and do contact me in advance for slots.

Recommended: Prepare and download your reference sheet.

Fill out the order form once I announce its opening.

Once approved for a commission slot, I will contact you via Twitter.

Invoice will be sent.

Initial sketches will be sent to the client for approval or revisions.

Previews of the finished files will be sent for final approval or minor revisions.

The final files will be sent to the provided email.

Use the artwork for personal and commercial use.

Print the art and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.

Ask another artist to cut and animate the artwork or use for graphics.
